Welcome to a transformative journey unlocking your full body's potential and living the life you desire. I'm Dr. 'B.' I am a lover of life and deeply passionate about helping others transform from the inside out so they can live fully, balanced, and thriving. After earning my doctorate in physical therapy and becoming a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner, I quickly realized I didn’t fit the traditional mold. While conventional therapy has its place, my own life journey, my son’s journey, and my patients continually showed me there was more.

 

That calling led me—fiercely and fast—into advanced studies in visceral, emotional, vascular, neural, orthopedic, lymphatic, and energetic manual therapies. Again and again, I witnessed the profound intelligence of the mind-body connection and how deeply life experiences imprint on our systems.

 

I believe your body is the most brilliant one in the room—it knows exactly what it needs. My gift is listening, honoring that wisdom, and helping you feel and live better. Learning never stops. When I’m not in practice, I’m studying Integrative Medicine, spending time with my family, loving on our golden retriever, and drinking coffee. I’m honored to be called to this work and to serve you wherever you are on your journey.

Services

In-Person Healing Session

We use biofeedback communication to assess the whole MindBody and identify interconnected lines of tension affecting overall function. With advanced manual therapy and osteopathic-based training across physical and energetic systems, we work safely and respectfully to restore balance, flow, and homeostasis. Our approach recognizes that the body’s systems are deeply interconnected and often require multi-layered support. Each session is customized to meet your unique needs, supporting your system’s innate ability to recalibrate and heal.

Distance Healing Session

Our distance healing sessions use biofeedback communication to assess the whole MindBody and identify interconnected lines of tension affecting overall function. We work safely and respectfully to restore balance, flow, and homeostasis through a multi-layered, integrative approach. Sessions can be experienced from the comfort of your home or office, anywhere in the world. We conduct all Telehealth appointments through Jane, our secure EMR system. Following your session, you will receive guidance to support integration and ongoing alignment.

Real Time
Rescue Session

This service is available exclusively to established patients of Dr. 'B' Fox who have previously completed an in-person or distance evaluation. Real-Time Rescue sessions are designed for urgent situations when your system requires immediate adjustment or support. The session is conducted without your presence and does not involve an in-person or online appointment; Dr. 'B' Fox calibrates into and treats your system directly. Following the session, you will receive a post-treatment synopsis outlining what was addressed and guidance to support processing and continued shifts.

Distance Home  Optimization Session

Our Distance Home Vitality Optimization service intentionally assesses and clears energetic imprints within your home that can accumulate from daily living, emotional stress, life transitions, technology, and the people and animals who move through the space. Using a structured, integrative approach, we identify areas of imbalance and restore harmony, flow, and coherence throughout the property and for all living beings within it. HVO it is a comprehensive recalibration of the home itself, creating a balanced, supportive environment for optimal living. 

Animal Alignment Session

Our Animal Alignment Session is an intentional, intuitive process designed to restore balance within your animal’s energetic system. Animals are highly sensitive beings who absorb emotional and environmental stress from their surroundings and the humans they love, which can impact behavior, mood, and overall well-being.

Using a structured, integrative approach, we gently recalibrate the animal’s nervous system, biofield, and energetic pathways—supporting regulation, resilience, and harmony. This session allows your animal to return to their natural state of ease and connection.

Fox Be Optimal Mind & Body

DRINK HALF YOUR BODY WEIGHT in ounces of water.

Water is vital for your function. Looking for an optimal start to your day with clarity and an energy boost, drink 1 - 2 cups as soon as you wake, before you grab your morning coffee/drink of choice.

PURPOSEFUL MOVEMENT for 30 minutes a day.

Fuel your mind, body, and soul with intentional movement. Allow this time to serve you, not deplete you. Take a walk by yourself or with a friend. Use this time to reflect on your day and boost your mood. If 30 minutes is too much initially, no worries, begin with 8 minutes and move up from there each week.

CONNECT YOUR 3 BRAINS and deep belly breathing.

We have 3 brains: our head, our heart, and gut. Most things in life cause us to get 'heady' and we tend to increase the reliance on our head (and we shouldn't). Keeping all 3 brains connected is integral to optimizing who we are and how we show up in our lives. Tap 10x at your head, 10x at your heart, and 10x at your belly button To enhance the connection, take 1 -2 deep belly breaths while tapping at each point.

5 reach outs to others.

Stranger, friend, relatives...doesn't matter! Practice extending a positive message, a compliment, a simple, "I am thinking about you and hope your day is awesome," message. When you practice lifting up others, you will lift up yourself. And if someone compliments you back, just say, "thank you!" No more dismissing the good stuff!
